Because Google allows app developers to choose to allow or stop running apps on rooted devices. from that example, many Play Store apps stop running on rooted devices. But there is a solution for all this by using Magical or SuperSu without system. If you've made small changes such as rooting into your device's safety net checking it will not be true that it will fail.
